A new ERP system is very invasive and therefore rarely replaced. Marketing your ERP system is therefore also difficult, this is the exact challenge that BigWave Software faced. So nice case studies, but how are we going to create demand for replacing an ERP system? First of all, the case studies were not real case studies. Why we do what we do...

At the age of 17, I began my entrepreneurial journey and started pursuing my dream of making money online. 

A year later, I decided to drop out of university and started a web design and development agency with my current co-founder Wesley. Although it was tough, we slowly gained traction and worked with big clients like multi-billion dollar brand SHEIN and one of the most successful NFT projects: Prime Ape Planet.

However, we noticed a recurring problem in marketing where no one takes responsibility, and responsibilities are often divided among multiple people or agencies. Each agency focuses on a separate component and refuses to guarantee any results, which is far from ideal for clients.

To solve this problem, we created the Growth Partnership model where we take on almost all of the responsibility, guarantee revenue growth, and work together to build a long-lasting and sustainable relationship. We decided to stop our web development agency overnight to focus on this model.

This lead to us dropping from €27.5k - at a 78% margin - revenue a month back to €0. But we knew this model had way more potential.

We spent over six months acquiring knowledge, setting up our entire back end, finding talent, and implementing this new way of working in practice. We applied the exact strategies, work, and thinking methods to ourselves, and we quickly gained traction and received confirmation that we had something great in our hands.

How do you guarantee results?

We work exclusively with one partner each month. We are highly selective with the clients we work with and only collaborate with companies we KNOW we can deliver 100% of the time, hence our guarantees.

Do I need an existing sales team?

No. But you have to be in a position to recruit 3-6 months into the engagement or have the time to handle sales calls yourselves. But, we recommend to hire during our partnership to make the most out of the services we offer and to keep you removed from the sales process.

What happens after our partnership ends?

All the systems, processes and frameworks will remain in-house so you can scale long after our partnership ends. It’s not like consultancy where effort is required for the whole of the engagement - we do everything for you, and leave you with the skills, processes and assets in-house.

How quickly will I see results?

The answer to this question will be different for every business. It all depends on a multitude of variables. Did you successfully run outbound in the past? Do you have a validated proposition? Validated niche? What kind of case studies do you have? There's no one size fits all.

But: we aim to have our initial campaigns live at the start of the 5th week of our partnership, we then usually see the first new sales opportunities rolling in within 2 weeks.

On top of that it all depends on how you define results. If you've never done outbound, have no collected case studies and no insights into your niche, I wouldn't only see new meetings as progress.

Once a working process is established, a strong and efficient team can be built. The team will be carefully selected based on skills, experience, and fit with company culture. We'll find the best candidates and train them for success. With a well-structured team in place, you can be confident in streamlined and optimized lead generation and deal closing efforts.
