Why we do what we do...
At the age of 17, I began my entrepreneurial journey and started pursuing my dream of making money online.
A year later, I decided to drop out of university and started a web design and development agency with my current co-founder Wesley. Although it was tough, we slowly gained traction and worked with big clients like multi-billion dollar brand SHEIN and one of the most successful NFT projects: Prime Ape Planet.
However, we noticed a recurring problem in marketing where no one takes responsibility, and responsibilities are often divided among multiple people or agencies. Each agency focuses on a separate component and refuses to guarantee any results, which is far from ideal for clients.
To solve this problem, we created the Growth Partnership model where we take on almost all of the responsibility, guarantee revenue growth, and work together to build a long-lasting and sustainable relationship. We decided to stop our web development agency overnight to focus on this model.
This lead to us dropping from €27.5k - at a 78% margin - revenue a month back to €0. But we knew this model had way more potential.
We spent over six months acquiring knowledge, setting up our entire back end, finding talent, and implementing this new way of working in practice. We applied the exact strategies, work, and thinking methods to ourselves, and we quickly gained traction and received confirmation that we had something great in our hands.
To ensure that we always stay ahead of our competitors and can continue to provide our customers with the best service and results, we are in a private mastermind with our business mentors this year. We work with Jacob Le Vine and Jordan Lee, two successful entrepreneurs from the United Kingdom, who guide and teach us one-on-one.
Jordan is the former Managing Director of Olive Group, a company with 180 employees. Jacob founded a marketing agency that he scaled to $75k a month at the age of 23. They combined forces and started a new venture.
Since April 2022, their company has grown from four to nearly 40 employees in February 2023, and revenue has increased significantly. After a successful six months in 2022, we will start with 52 full weeks of training in 2023.
