So...what will you be involved in?
You'll be in the lead for both the company and our clients on a strategic level. What does that mean in our eyes? You will monitor planning and internal and external processes, spar with the team, determine strategies and ensure that all the work that goes out the door performs above expectations. You make a significant contribution to growth, as you ensure that processes are optimized, clients are successfully onboarded and that you are up to date with the latest developments within the market.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is powerful at managing projects, streamlining processes & systems and someone who is a tad entrepreneurial. You are ambitious, helping the company grow by managing a team and improving internal processes. And you get energy from achieving good results. So experience and interest in marketing and sales fits this well.
We are flexible, but these are the minimum requirements:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a management role.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English.
- Trying new things is in your blood and the words failure and giving up do not exist for you. Because: standing still is going backwards.
- You are very much into personal development and strive to become 1% better every day.
- No problems with presenting or being on camera.
- A healthy dose of humor, no matter what kind 😉
- Experience with the following software is a plus: Slack, Google Drive, ClickUp, Notion, Close, Gmail, LinkedIn

So… what will you be doing? (32-40 hours per week):
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially-driven sales development representative to achieve the commercial growth we have in mind. Someone who will help us with lead generation and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and establish new contacts.
You will be fully responsible for generating new sales opportunities for both ourselves and our clients. You will contribute to our client's growth and mainly focus on:
- Approaching and, most importantly, following up on leads personally via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Collaborating with marketers to improve outbound campaigns
- Converting marketing qualified leads (MQL) into sales qualified leads (SQL)
- Expanding your network on LinkedIn
- Managing the CRM database and keeping track of all communication with prospects
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company and clients
- Managing your own KPIs and reporting them to the team
When do we match?
- You have excellent communication skills, aren't afraid to make calls, and can network like a pro
- Fluent in English
- Experience managing CRM systems
